Last night Mark, Shalim and myself was Heart n Souls representatives at the Charity Governance Awards 2016.
Unfortunately – we didn’t win last night – we were pipped to the post by LEAP (Tom Lawson’s organisation) a massive congratulations to them – Tom had phoned twice in the afternoon and said that if they won it was because of what he had learned about inclusion at whilst being on the Board at Heart n Soul – small consolation! – so really we did win lol We all networked till we dropped in the post award reception – fantastic work!
However their is one last thing I want to say before I sign off this post I would like to thank you all for giving me the opportunity to go to all these events and awards i just hope that I do Heart n Soul justice, Also remember that we attend these awards on behalf every single person that is part of the heart n soul family that all staff, trustees and members, so it’s well Done to all of us
