It’s that time of year again where we say Happy American Independence Day.

I realise it’s probably an American tradition

however I think is my favourite day to celebrate especially if independence is hard for you.

I understand it pushes people outside their comfort zone and I use this day every year to try something new today is the day I use to become a better version of myself.

Don’t get me wrong I strive for this mentality daily but I shout about it on Independence Day more than ever so why not celebrate what we can and what we have achieved.
