Ok I thought I’d put this into a post because being a wheelchair user myself it’s really important to me. Now I can’t remember when buy recently the law was changed to make all buildings in the uk accessible. Useable by everyone.

Now when I say recently I mean within the last 5 years.

So I still get really annoyed when I go to go somewhere and it’s not fully accessible.

Ok so my name is Sam Ingham I have featured on the blogs before and I’m here to talk about why not being able to access buildings suck

So up until 3 years ago i could perfectly walk unassisted and then one day whilst on holiday that changed, now anywhere I go I either use a manual or electric wheelchair to help me get about and this becomes annoying when I cannot access buildings.

There hasn’t been many occasions I haven’t been able to get to where I want to go and on the odd occasion I have complained but its very frustrating we are living in 2018 and most places are still inaccessible and don’t have the proper equipment to help someone like me get in e.g ramps.

In conclusion i am quite limited to what I want to so if you are reading this and have any ideas on what I can do to improve my problem feel free to get in contact with Lilly and she can pass along the message thank you.
