Let’s be real for a sec—self-care isn’t always face masks and bubble baths. Sometimes, it’s dragging yourself out of bed when you really don’t want to. Other times, it’s saying no to people who don’t respect your time or your energy.

There are some places in the world that don’t just sit quietly on your travel list—they shout your name.

For me, it’s Australia and New Zealand .

Every time I see a photo or hear someone’s story, I feel that little spark in my chest. The kind of spark that says: You need to see this for yourself. So here it is—the list, the dream, the adventure I can’t stop thinking about.
