Check out my video from Heart n Soul’s Squidz Club – all filmed on a GoPro!

I enjoyed making the most recent Squidz Club film for a number of different reasons; this was the first Heart n Soul film that was filmed on the new GoPro pro camera and it was really nice to work with a new film maker called Simon Panrucker. As before there were a few thing that caused us minor problems such the weight of the camera – it felt really heavy after wearing it on your head for a while! We also found that the battery life didn’t last as long as we would have have liked. I think the GoPro camera is amazing, however in my opinion they are best used for short bits of filming. I really liked the fact that I used Premier which was a different type of video editing software I hadn’t used before. I was told that I picked it up very quickly – it is nice to know that I now have the knowledge and skills of how to use new software, which is always good! I really like the finished film, it’s fast-paced but still says what needs to be said. I’m not sure what my next project is going to be, but I’m ready for anything – I love a challenge! img_2201 img_2202
