My opinion

Ugne’s thoughts

Ugne’s favourite character was Scorpius, because his naivety and genuine joy in even the smallest of things made him a very fun and entertaining character.
I enjoyed the fact that it was in two parts because it was nice to come back again and see the rest of the story.

My favourite part was the pulsing effect of the stage when they time travel.

I wouldn’t change anything about the performance.

The three quotes I would say about the show are: “It’s the best thing I have ever seen on stage. It was pure magic. It was nice to be back in the wizarding world. It is too good to miss. You will have a couple of magical nights out. Just go and see it!

Edwards perspective

My favourite character was Scorpius Malfoy – because the character was played by a very talented young actor and this was the character I personally understood most.
Having the performance in two parts enabled the audience to take the story in at a far better pace than if it was all in one.
My favourite special effect of the overall performance was the fact that spells, sudden appearances/ disappearances etc. could take place in the theatre without the audience knowing what was about to take place.
It was a great show I wouldn’t change anything.
Just one quote I’m afraid: “For me, the Harry Potter books are ten times better than the films. This is the same as the books, ten times better – so go and see it now before the ‘not so good’ film comes out!”
I would tell people to book it asap, it certainly shall be an unforgettable play. Go and see the plays on two consecutive nights; that way you won’t get bored of spending the whole afternoon and evening in a theatre, nor will you forget the story. Do not read the story/ investigate it prior to going – that way you are in store for a great surprise!
One thing is very clear, we all give the shows a 5 star rating!
