World Suicide Prevention Day is an awareness day for all commitment and action to stop and prevent suicide throughout the world.

As first being recognised in 2003 as a major issue WSPD partnered up with World Health Organisation and World Federation for Mental health to host the first official World Suicide Prevention Day. In 2011 40 countries the most countries in years came together to mark the occasion and show their details on the drop rate of Suicide.

Now suicide can occur from depression, different stages of Mental Health, Bullying, Cyber Bullying hate comments and many more.

Listen personally as someone who has had personal experience with family members who have either attempted or thought about attempting to end their life this is such a big and personal subject that hits home in so many ways.

As a personal matter Suicide is never the option times may get you to your lowest points but even then try your absolute hardest to find someone you can talk to, someone you feel comfortable speaking about your problems because suicide is 100% not the way I know sometimes feel as if its the only opinion but trust me if you dig deep down and find someone you can chat to then do it because as hard as it is to talk about it talking helps.
